Sponsored by the Wyoming State Forestry Division, the purpose of the Bighorn Mountain Landowner Field Day is to offer forested landowners an opportunity to receive “on the ground” education on forest management and various assistance programs specific to private forested lands. Meadowlark Work Day
Join Bighorn Basin Firesmart and other organizations for this first Firesmart work day. Experience Meadowlark Ski Resort when it looks rather different from the photo above! This event will include fuels reduction around the at-risk structures and infrastructure at the ski area, based on the wildfire mitigation plan (WMP) that Bighorn Basin Firesmart has prepared.
